At the foot of the Malaspina hill, just a short distance
from the castle by the same name, the Villamaŕ Bed & Breakfast is the
perfect place to spend your holidays in Bosa. You will receive the town's
typical welcome and courtesy, and no shortage of reasons to stay. Sea-lovers
will be easily convinced by the nearby beach of Bosa Marina, and the beautiful
coastline views over the many bays and creeks towards Alghero, or can
enjoy an outing in a boat, or try some underwater fishing. Alternatively,

town - from the Roman remains, to the castle and mediaeval historic centre,
before exploring the towers that date back to the Aragonese domination,
or the nineteenth century main street. You will also enjoy the food, from
the typical roe-based dishes and lobster to the important Malvasia wine,
and the handicraft, with coral and filet. The festivals: Carnival (February
- March) is the first to mention, which each year attracts visitors from
all over the world. Then there is the Madonna del Mare (first Sunday in
August), where the image of the Virgin Mary is paraded along the river
to the sea, and Nostra Signora di Regnos Altos (second Sunday in September)
– an evocative mediaeval festival that takes place along the streets and
alleyways of the historic centre, up to the castleSpoilt for choice: the
Villamaŕ Bed & Breakfast is pleased to welcome you all year round!
